Most “broken code” reports in Multiverse Tower Defense are UI problems, not dead strings. The ROBO Studio hides Redeem until you have five wins, parks it at the bottom of Shop, and rejects any extra space. Follow this walkthrough once, then you can clear the whole codes hub in under a minute.
This is the same flow on PC and mobile. Keyboard layout changes; the buttons do not.
Before you open Shop
- Load the live experience: Multiverse Tower Defense on Roblox. Do not use the old “NEW SUMMON” or “Old Multiverse” places — those are archives with different codes.
- Finish five wins. A win is a completed universe or mode that the game counts on your profile. Leaving mid-wave does not count. Classic on normal difficulty is the fastest path; the getting started page maps that first hour.
- If a code lists a group requirement, join The ROBO Studio and wait until the join succeeds before you paste.
- Copy the code from the active table rather than typing from memory. Strings such as

Step-by-step in the lobby
- Stand in the lobby. You do not redeem during a live wave.
- Click or tap Shop on the left side of the screen. It is not the Twitter bird used by other tower defense games, and it is not a green tick in the corner.
- Scroll all the way down. Summon packs, crates, and cosmetics sit above the code field. Players who stop at the first Cash bundle never see Redeem.
- Find the text box that shows a placeholder such as
...and the Redeem button beside it. - Paste the code. Delete leading or trailing spaces. Do not lowercase
MTDintomtdunless you have just tested that the box is case-insensitive — assume it is sensitive. - Press Redeem. A grant toast should list Cash, a crate, a unit, a shard, or an Ability Spin.
- Repeat for every row on the rewards sheet. Shop does not batch-redeem.
If nothing happens, wait two seconds. Slow mobile connections delay the remote. Spamming Redeem can lock the button until you re-open Shop.
After a successful grant
Rewards land in inventory, not on the path. Open crates from inventory when you are ready to roll that universe. Cash sits in your wallet for summons and Upgrade Tree nodes. MultiShards and Ability Spins should wait until you have a keeper unit — dumping them into a Common Kuzya is how accounts stall. Pair this page with fusion and enchant before you spend those items.
Shiny Kuzya from RELEASE is trade bait. Check Trading Plaza before you fuse it for a minor stat bump.
Failed redeem checklist
“Need more wins” — you are under five. Play Classic until the counter moves. Co-op wins count if the match completes.
“Invalid” / “Expired” — the string is dead or mistyped. Compare against the hub table. EXCUSE_ME_SIR includes underscores. CC_CODE_8 only works with the Content Creator role.
“Already redeemed” — codes are one-time per account. You cannot farm MTD on alts inside the same session to stack Cash on one profile.
No error, no reward — rejoin the lobby, re-open Shop, paste again. If a group-gated code fails, leave and rejoin the community, then wait a minute. Roblox group permissions are not instant.
Shop button missing — you are inside a match or a cutscene. Return to lobby. If the whole HUD is gone, that is a known client bug some players report after updates; rejoin the server.
Codes versus scripts
Redeeming through Shop is the supported path. Auto-redeem macros from scripts can click the same box, but they also trip anti-cheat when bundled with infinite Cash tools. If you only want the free grants, paste them yourself. Read script safety before you run anything that claims to skip the five-win gate.
Habit that saves you later
After every patch or like-milestone, open this walkthrough’s sister list and redeem new rows before you summon. Pity does not care that you left 450 Cash unclaimed in Shop. The code checker is the short version of the table for copy-paste on a second monitor.
