Current Meta Tier List

The live meta for Multiverse Tower Defense is a mix of high-rarity summons, Guild Pass specialists, and crate kits from universes such as Doors and Undertale. This page is for accounts that already clear Classic. If you are still unlocking Redeem, use the beginner tier list instead.

S-tier — build around these

CatNap (Secret) — highest summon tag in the public Standard UI screenshot. Treat a Secret as a main. Enchant it, fuse duplicates into it, and do not Plaza it unless you already own two.

Sans (Exotic) — Undertale-line carry. Pairs with UNDERTALE crates and METTATON. Strong reason to farm that universe instead of random Standard tens once Classic is stable.

Floppa (Mythic) — the Mythic most players will actually see. If your board has no Secret or Exotic, Floppa is the default late-game DPS target.

SCP Hero (Guild Pass / SCP Crate) — studio note: fire makes x4 DPS. On weeks the Multiverse Boss takes fire (or x3 weakness matches), this unit is a raid planner’s first slot. Off-week it is still a specialist, not vendor trash.

Doors high-end kits — public showcases called out Galactic Kitty-level range and Doug-style boosters. If you own those crates, they occupy S-support or S-carry depending on the map. Watch the embed below for how an “insane” tower changes a lane, then check your own tooltip rather than copying a YouTuber’s upgrade path blindly.

A-tier — staples

Lololoshka (Legendary) — legitimate mid-late DPS while you chase Mythic. Worth leveling.

Mettaton — free if METTATON still redeems. A named unit beats a random Epic.

Rainbow shop units you have fused — serials are for collectors; the fused body is for the path.

Ability-complete legendaries — if a spin gave you slow + AoE on a Legendary, it can play above a naked Mythic you never enchanted.

B-tier — situational

Trollface (Epic) and Balloon Boy (Rare) — fine Classic and early Hardcore pieces. Replace them as S/A copies arrive.

Rush and other spawners — excellent when you give them space; wasted when you clump them. Mode dependent.

Shiny Kuzya — combat is Common-line. Keep for Plaza or index, not as your Raid DPS.

Imposter — index reward at 200 units. A trophy with whatever kit the patch gave it; do not reroll your whole account around a collection grant until you read the tooltip.

C-tier — fillers and index

Barni (Uncommon) and Kuzya (Common) — early path coverage and index completion. They leak on Hardcore Roof. Fuse extras; keep one of each if you are climbing toward 200 index.

Mode modifiers

  • Classic — B-tier boards still win if you place well (how to play).
  • Hardcore Classic / Roof — S/A only unless you are being carried in co-op.
  • Raids / Indie Cross — match weekly weakness and crate theme. A fire SCP Hero can outrank a generic Mythic for seven days.
  • Admin Abuse luck — summon S-tier, do not rebuild C-tier.

What this list refuses to do

It will not print fake ATK/SPA/range tables copied from Destructoid-era articles about a different game. Your client tooltips are the numbers. This ranking is roles plus rarity plus live events (Guilds, Doors, Undertale, Final Act teases).

When Final Act ships cosmetics and mastery, expect A/S to shuffle. Until then, invest shards in Secret, Exotic, Mythic, and weekly specialists — the same advice as fusion and enchant.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Multiverse Tower Defense on Roblox.

Is Floppa better than Sans?

Sans is Exotic, Floppa is Mythic. Exotic usually wins if both are equally invested. Invest in the one you actually own.

Where is Doughking?

Not in this roster. That name belongs to other tower defense games. This list uses The ROBO Studio units only.

Should I summon during Admin Abuse?

Yes, if you have Cash. Luck windows are how Secrets happen. Farm Classic first so you have Cash to spend.

Does the YouTube showcase prove one tower is always S?

It proves that kit can dominate a map when maxed. Your unupgraded copy is not the same unit. Enchant it before you copy the rank.
